This is our journey as numeracy coaches.
We began our journey by asking our staff what they knew about coaching and what they expected of us. This clarified their views and then we were able to progress forward.
From here we discussed with staff what coaching is and how it will operate in our schools. Below is a powerpoint you can adapt to present to your staff.
